Help us bring Hope and opportunity to the poor in South Asia
The Potter's Hands exists to strengthen and unify the global church by sharing the gospel, helping the poor, and providing community development opportunities. We work in South Asia where there is no welfare, foster or social care systems to help destitute people. It is up to God's people. We help to rescue orphans begging in the streets by bringing them into safety at our children’s home. We also provide education for these orphans and other slum children through our school. Our pastoral team travels into unreached areas with the Good News, trains emerging leaders, initiates self-sustainable business start-ups for the poor, installs clean water-wells, distributes food to the poor including orphans at the train station, maintains widow support systems and livestock breeding programs, distributes blankets and bibles, operates multiple sewing centers to help women off the streets, and more. Our prayer is that the people will know and understand the love of Jesus through the gospel message, and, in turn, true transformation will occur from within.
